December 19, 2001 Ref: Michael Nargi Homes Subj: Letter of Recommendation To Whom It May Concern: We moved to Durango in September of 1999, brought a lot in Dalton Ranch and began the process of selecting a homebuilder. After interviewing several builders we selected Michael Nargi Homes. Michael Nargi conveyed a willingness to work with us in a helpful, flexible manner while we were still finalizing the design of our home and we felt Mike offered us the best value in a quality home for a budget we were comfortable with. We spoke with several of Mike's customers; they were all complimentary of his work and their experience with him. Mike and his people were very customer oriented throughout the project and helped with numerous suggestions on how to save while still giving us the home of our desires. Having an engineering and construction background myself, I can tell you that Mike doesn't like short cuts, we were extremely satisfied with the quality of craftsmanship in both the home as well as the custom cabinets built by Alpine Creations. We found in talking with owners of custom homes that many had unpleasant experiences with their builders. We did not. I would characterize my wife and I as somewhat of a demanding type customer, but I felt Mike and his workers went out of their way to ensure that our desires were being satisfied as much as reasonably possible… when changes or issues arose, they were addressed in a fair and professional manner. I can honestly say that building our home was a rewarding, pleasant experience and I give a lot of the credit to Mike and his team for this. Because of our experience and believing that Mike built us a quality home, within our budget on a fairly aggressive 5 and half month schedule, we would select him again as our builder of our next home.
