Michael Nargi has developed the Sanctuary at North Valley, located in the Animas Valley just eight miles north of Durango, Colorado. This planned residential community was designed for the peaceful enjoyment of the spectacular surroundings of the valley. These custom residential home sites offer access to the San Juan National Forest, striking views of Missionary Ridge, and quiet fishing of the trout stocked ponds. With the closing on the sale of the last lot in the spring of 2002 we are proud to call the project a complete success. The experience and knowledge gained from developing the Sanctuary has been hugely beneficial for providing services to our customers.
