Suzanne and I would like to thank you for your professionalism in building our home in North Dalton Ranch. The lot demanded a quality home and your company certainly delivered. We have now lived in the home for approximately 7 months and enjoy it more each day. In reviewing your company's work, we were perhaps most impressed by the work ethic of your crew, the cleanliness of the jobsite, the attention to detail and most importantly the quality of the work. Living in Dalton Ranch allows us to observe many new homes under construction. It was quickly apparent to us that your company was more organized and professional than the competition. This was further reinforced by your company's immediate attention in addressing all of our punch list items in a timely manner. Many of our guests have been particularly impressed with the quality of the woodwork in the home. In particular the doors and built-in cabinets/shelves are of exceptional quality. In hindsight the only regret we have is that we did not have you build our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Once again thank you for the professional work on our home. Sincerely, Douglas S. |
